SKA has been appointed to design a unique Central Park at the heart of GIFT City, spread over around 21 acres, envisioned to further enhance social infrastructure offerings at GIFT City. The park has been designed not only for both occasional and ceremonial festivities and activities but gives equal importance to day-to-day activities for neighbouring residents and office users.
Conceived as a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable destination, this food hub will bring together iconic global and Indian food brands, seamlessly integrating commerce, leisure, and community.

Phase-1 development of around 7 acres is complete which will include a food court with restaurants and kiosks, public plazas, arrival courts, seating areas, events ground, shaded walking/jogging tracks, cycle tracks, spillover areas on terraces, and misting features.
The designing work of Central Park Phase-2 in around 14 acres is underway, which shall have large gathering spaces for festivals, an amphitheatre, children's play areas, and a one its kind iconic water feature.
