Brigade Enterprises has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with United Oxygen Company to develop a Grade A office space in Whitefield, Bengaluru, on ITPL Road. The project will have a leasable area of 3 lakh sq ft and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹340 crore. The project is designed to be sustainable and meet the growing demand for top-tier office spaces in Bengaluru, with features like prime location and metro connectivity.
